Paulina Matuszczyk
Managing Member
With over a decade of corporate experience at UPS, during assignments in the UK, Ireland, India and the Philippines Paulina specializes in project management and implementing initiatives that drive operational excellence. She promote effective, barrier-free communication and achieving results through collaboration and innovation. Her leadership approach is defined by setting SMART goals and adaptability to ensure success in high-responsibility roles. Manages over 500 staff across multiple locations.

Paulina's international experience developed the ability to build strong business relationships in multicultural environments, which continues to be a key asset in creating a new dimension of business in Poland.
Holds a master degree in Management and postgraduate studies in Health and Safety from the Wroclaw University of Economics.

Outside of work, Paulina is passionate about cycling and is currently in "gravel" phase, enjoying the freedom and challenge
it brings.
Jakub Dycha
Consulting Partner
With over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur on the Polish market, Jakub specializes in recruiting and managing skilled workers. He brings extensive expertise in workforce management, providing top-quality services to support the successful execution of key projects.

Jakub is responsible for delivering competent and reliable employees who meet the stringent standards of federal contracts, ensuring both timeliness and compliance with all regulations.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wroclaw.
In personal life, Jakub is passionate about martial arts and kitesurfing.
Joanna Sienkiewicz
Business Consultant
Began her journey with Lean Management by establishing
a Continuous Improvement department at UPS, which later evolved into Operational Excellence. She successfully leads global projects, trainings, and workshops, leveraging Change Management, Six Sigma, KAIZEN, Agile, Design Thinking, and other methodologies to support business transformation. Specializes in designing and executing end-to-end process improvements and solutions that maximize efficiencies across business units.
With a university background in Journalism and Social Communication (PL), Marketing Communication (UK), and Project Management (PL), combined with an extensive professional experience, she brings to the table diverse perspectives and strong people skills. She assists clients in stepping out of their comfort zones, challenging status quo, and fostering learning culture within the organization to ensure they have talent agility prepared for the future.

Krzysztof Filipiak
Business Consultant
An experienced manager with a long track record in conducting training sessions, leading projects, and managing teams. He has executed projects in several European countries and South America, specializing in holistic process improvement from mission, vision, and strategy, through leadership development,
to process changes and new technology implementations.
He has worked with a combination of methodologies including Lean Management, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Training Within Industry, and Strategic Transformation. He holds Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Lynsky Solutions and a Leading Operational Excellence certification from MIT Sloan. He has been associated with UPS GBS Poland for over 12 years.
Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Wroclaw University of Economics, holding degrees in Management and Marketing as well as Lean Management (postgraduate studies at the Wroclaw University of Economics).
In his personal life, he is a husband, father, science fiction literature enthusiast, and amateur plasterer.
